It also means we can be straight with you about the license math. Our published research includes the independent analysis showing that, at some seat counts, a Cloud migration increases the license line rather than reducing it.
Incubated and spun out
An AI-native program platform that began as an internal project inside Envorso and was spun out as an independent company in September 2024, under founding CEO Ludovic Hauduc.
It now comes back into our engagements as a partner platform, giving program leaders real-time visibility into health, risk, dependencies, and compliance readiness — including ASPICE, ISO 26262, and cybersecurity standards.
SPREAD brings agentic AI to product and requirements data across the vehicle program, from early design through verification and validation. At the core is an engineering ontology that maps parts, requirements, functions, and tests into one connected model, so a change in one place shows every place it touches. This turns slow, manual review work into fast, automated insight, cutting issue resolution time by 60% and helping teams catch problems before they become costly program risks.
Planview connects the pieces of portfolio management that matter most — strategy, investment, resources, and delivery — giving leaders a shared view of where the organization is investing and what it is getting in return. We design the governance, cadence, and ways of working around it.
