The training is conducted as flexible as possible within the given time and scope constraints in order to respond to the special wishes and requirements of the participants. The instructor keeps the training interesting by presenting lots of practical examples from own experience, as well by conducting a variety of group works.
Target Audience
People who plan to perform assessments including the Mechanical Engineering processes of SPICE for Mechanical Engineering
People who are tasked with improving or monitoring development processes including mechanical engineering.
Preconditions
Participants should have several years of professional experience in the automotive industry (e.g. hardware/system development, project management, quality management, etc.)
Participants should have attended the “intacs® certified Process Expert Automotive SPICE®” training or have a higher-level certification according to the intacs assessor training scheme
Certification
SPICE for Mechanical Engineering has been developed by intacs® and can be integrated into an Automotive SPIC® 4.0 assessment. This training explains the mechanical engineering processes in SPICE for Mechanical Engineering PAM (Process Assessment Model). It prepares participants for the exam to become an assessor for the mechanical processes.
Content
In the case of examination participation, examination fees are added to the training price.
The exam is taken by ECQA.
After successful exam, the participant must actively apply to ECQA for certification. This additional step is done by the participant and independent of the training.
Further information
This training is exclusively taught by experienced intacs® Certified Principal Assessors with extensive practical assessment experience. In addition, they are accredited intacs® instructors.
The training material is available in English.
Each participant will receive training documents as well as confirmation of participation.
When conducted online, all materials are provided electronically in pdf format.
