Adrian is an engineer, entrepreneur and experienced exec. He successfully created a global management consulting company and has worked closely with seven of the top ten global brands. He currently acts as a partner to a Seattle-based Venture firm and the Alliance of Angels as well as serving on the board of some exciting startup technology companies. Adrian is married with six kids and in his free time supports the local rugby team Seattle Saracens as their business director. He plays for their over 40 team.

Scott has achieved outstanding results as a private company leader, board member, contributor and team member with significant Technology, PPM, Data Analytics, Delivery, and Executive management expertise. He is a 3x Inc. 500(0) CEO and 2x Inc. 500(0) COO. Prior to joining the Envorso Team Scott was the CEO for The Project Group (USA), an international PPM Software company headquartered in Munich, Germany. Scott also served on the RVP and Board of Directors for Alten USA for ALTEN, Inc. a $2B USD international engineering consulting company headquartered in Paris, France.

Prior to Alten, Inc. Scott founded BluWater Consulting, Inc., and built the company into a regional powerhouse. Some notable successes include revenue growth exceeding record levels, growing by 1,526% YOY in 2006, as well as by more than 1,143% YOY in 2007. Scott was a three-time nominee for Entrepreneur of the Year through Ernst & Young and built the company into an Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Company. Continued success led to the acquisition of the company to Capgemini in 2010.

Scott holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Gonzaga University and is also an Executive Coach and Mentor for Gonzaga University’s GAMP Program.

A results-driven partner to PhD’s and the C suite alike with a proven record of transformation program delivery. Programs led have driven business benefits from $259 million to over 1 billion, throughput enhancements on teams of up to 300% and reductions in TTM of 33 – 50%.
Jeff Porter

Jeff Porter is a Project Management Professional with over 18 years of demonstrated ability in all aspects of project, program, and portfolio life cycle management. Mr. Porter spent five years at General Motors honing his Product Lifecycle Management and Change Management skills as a Project Manager. During this time he developed his leadership skills in both matrix and project focused organizations to specifically drive; schedule compression, cost control, quality assurance, risk mitigation, contract administration and communications management.

Mr. Porter then moved to Ford Motor Company where he was promoted several times, ultimately becoming the Business Unit Manager of the Central Region for Program Planning Professionals. Mr. Porter was responsible for Business Development, Resource Staffing and Business Management. In this capacity Mr. Porter was able to increase profitability by 30% over 3 years and sales by 27% in both 2014 & 2015 and 30% in 2016. Mr. Porter is known for his ability to assess and deliver with quality a portfolio of strategic organizational objectives.

Dennis Robinson

Prior to joining Envorso, Dennis Robinson served as Chief of Staff and Assistant Secretary of State to Lt. Governor Guadagno. As a senior member of the Christie-Guadagno Administration, he was responsible for the management of both the Office of the Lt. Governor and the New Jersey Department of State. His work focused on managing and implementing statewide economic growth and job creation initiatives across executive branch departments, agencies, outside business partners and the higher education community.

Prior to his appointment, Robinson served as Chief Operating Officer of the Formula 1 Grand Prix of America organization, whose goal was to bring Formula 1 Racing to the banks of the Hudson River on an annual basis. The Formula 1 World Championship races are televised worldwide in over 175 countries.

Mr. Robinson is a graduate of Wesleyan University. He received a Master’s in Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Harvard.

Graham Wallace

Graham started his career at what is now KPMG and graduated in Law and Finance. He has many years of CFO experience, and recently completed 15 years at Pcubed, finishing as CFO of global operations. Prior to this he spent 15 years working on transformation projects in the UK for various multinational organizations in both operations and finance. His principal strength is in cash flow management. Outside work he is involved in rugby coaching and long distance swimming.
Jay Mancuso

Nearly 20 years of experience in Financial Services, High Tech, Mining, and Healthcare has allowed Jay to be an expert consultant to bring forward transformational business results. He has led large functional teams that were responsible for 300 million dollar portfolios in the IT space, and has led initiatives that have transformed the way companies have run their projects. Jay is an MBA alum from the University of Denver and has lived and consulted throughout SE Asia. Jay can be found spending his free time teaching skiing through the National Center for the Sports Disabled, or working on his golf game, rendering Impressionism, or passionately following the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Rob White

Rob is a technology manager and software engineer. He has 20 years’ experience delivering solutions to streamline business processes and provide critical insights to senior management and stakeholders. As the solutions center manager for a global consultancy he led the development of software products (Definition, PM, Dev & Test) and tailored solutions for some of the world largest brands. He enjoys working with people from a wide variety of cultures, and has been fortunate to work across Europe, North America, Israel and South Africa. For 10 years, following the fall of the Ceaușescu regime, he spent most of his time outside work supporting an orphanage in Romania. These days he describes himself as a family man, and spends his spare time with his two children. He is also a keen walker and avid Formula 1 fan.

A Digital Technology & Platforms executive with outstanding skills in business strategy, operational management, technology vision and a key interest in leveraging collaborative solutions to improve team performance and business. Experience includes vertical solutions for Legal, Government, Consumer Package Goods, Pharmaceuticals/Life Sciences and Insurance and Sports and Events. Easily navigates and works with top business executives as a trusted advisor to tackle difficult business issues such as cost reduction, outsourcing, new product development , digital transformation and channel development and merger and acquisition strategies, based on personal experience of running a company, coupled with a wealth of knowledge and personal network of contacts.
